Deh Siva Bar Moh ehai subh karman tay kabhoo na tarau.

Na Darau ur sau jab jaahai larau, nischay kar apni jeet karau.

Ar sikh hau apnay hi maan kau, eh lalaach hau guun tau uchrau.

Jab aav kee augh nidhaan banay, aut hi raan mai tab joojh marau.

Translation

Grant me this boon that I may never be deterred from doing good deeds.

I should have no fear of the enemy,

When I go to battle and turn victory to my side.

Let one directive guide my mind exclusively,

that I may ever be Zealously singing Thy Praises:

And when the time comes, I should die,

Fighting heroically on the field of battle.
